Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your trunk. Here's how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, email office@leonmarte.com with your order reference as early as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return below.

2. Returns

Because each trunk is a premium item, returns are accepted only where the product arrives:

  • Damaged or defective, or
  • Incorrect (wrong colourway or item delivered).

To be eligible, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. The product must be unused and returned in its original gift box and dust bag.

3. How to start a return

Email office@leonmarte.com with your order reference and photos. We’ll review and, where approved, arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your cancellation is confirmed or your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-returnable situations

  • Change of mind after dispatch.
  • Items damaged through misuse, or returned without the original packaging.
  • Requests made after the 48-hour window.
