1. Our product
We sell the Luxury Curated Perfume Collection Trunk — a quilted leatherette trunk with a velvet-lined, 12-compartment interior, offered in three colourways. Product images are representative; subtle variation in colour and finish may occur between screens and the physical item.
2. Pricing & taxes
The price of the trunk is ₹6,000 per unit, inclusive of 18% GST. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, where stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified). A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or banking credentials. You warrant that the payment details you provide are valid and your own.
5. Shipping & delivery
We offer free delivery across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Léon Marté name, logo, imagery and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seller’s registered location.
