1. Shipping cost
We offer free delivery across all of India. There are no hidden shipping charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
2. Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Each trunk is secured in its rigid presentation gift box and wrapped in a branded dust bag for safe transit.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
4. Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll share tracking details by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
5. Delivery areas
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
6. Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control (weather, courier disruptions, regional restrictions). We’ll keep you informed if this affects your order.
